Eligibility Criteria
- You have been offered a place on a course at a licensed UK student sponsor
- You have received a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from your institution
- You have sufficient funds to cover your tuition fees and living costs (maintenance requirement)
- You meet the English language requirement (usually B2 CEFR or above)
- You are aged 16 or over (those under 18 must study at an independent school)
- You intend to leave the UK at the end of your studies if you do not switch to another visa
- You do not fall for refusal on grounds of criminality or previous immigration breaches

- Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) number and details
- Evidence of sufficient funds: bank statements covering 28 consecutive days
- English language test certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent)
