Overview

About the Student Visa

The UK Student Visa (Student Route) allows international students to study at licensed UK institutions including universities, colleges, and independent schools. We guide you through every requirement — from your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies to maintenance funds — ensuring your application is submitted correctly first time..

Eligibility Criteria

  • You have been offered a place on a course at a licensed UK student sponsor
  • You have received a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from your institution
  • You have sufficient funds to cover your tuition fees and living costs (maintenance requirement)
  • You meet the English language requirement (usually B2 CEFR or above)
  • You are aged 16 or over (those under 18 must study at an independent school)
  • You intend to leave the UK at the end of your studies if you do not switch to another visa
  • You do not fall for refusal on grounds of criminality or previous immigration breaches
