The Application Process

A step-by-step guide to your Skilled Worker application, managed by our specialist solicitors from start to finish.

  1. 1

    Eligibility Assessment

    1-2 days

We verify your occupation code, salary threshold, sponsor licence status, and CoS details, identifying any issues before you commit to the application process.

We compile your personalised document checklist and review each document — CoS, passport, English language evidence, financial documents, and qualifications.

  4. 4

    Application Submission

    2-3 days

We complete and submit the online application with a comprehensive cover letter explaining your eligibility and addressing any potential complexities.
