Eligibility Criteria
- You have a job offer from a UK employer who holds a valid Skilled Worker sponsor licence
- Your employer has issued a valid Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for the role
- The job is at or above RQF Level 3 (equivalent to A-level or above)
- Your salary meets the general threshold of £38,700 per year or the going rate for the occupation code, whichever is higher
- You meet the English language requirement at B1 CEFR level or above
- You have sufficient funds to support yourself (or your sponsor certifies maintenance)
- You meet the suitability requirements including criminality checks
